Hi, I am a Christian,

I work at your local super markets, in the deli, in clothes departments, as a firefighter, as a police officer, as your sheriff, as your butcher, your post master, your mail carrier.  I eat breakfast, lunch&dinner just like anyone else, I go to town meetings, I catch colds, flu’s, have allergies, get a broken bone here and there and I fail many times. I put my clothes on just like you, I have 1 head, 1 body, 2 legs, 2 arms, 2 hands, 2 feet, 10 fingers, 10 toes, 2 ears, 2 eyes, 1 mouth, 1 tongue and I may speak many different languages.

I Don’t Always Look The Same:

I may come in many different races, and there are female versions of me as well. I go to sleep, I wake up. I cry, I laugh, I smile, I love, I get upset, angry, frustrated, aggravated and fail, many times. My bones can break, my feelings can get hurt or uplifted, I have emotions, I’m not an empty hunk of metal cyberman from doctor who, I’m a human being, created in the image of God just like you and everyone else in the world.

Whether you be Black, Mexican, Italian, Jewish, German, French or white, when your flesh is ripped open blood will likely spill out and the color will be red for each race. I like watching movies, crocheting, cooking, acting, writing, playing, racing, hunting, fishing, entertaining, traveling, adventuring, exploring and much more.

I’m a Christian, and I may be your next door neighbor, your cousin, your mom, your dad, your aunt, your uncle, your brother, your sister or just your friend. You may know me a lot or you may know me a little, you may love me or hate me, either way I love you.

I wish to serve God with everything in me, and I wish you would understand, I am a Christian.

I love Jesus Christ, I believe he is the way, the truth and the life.  The ONLY way. And I wish you would just understand. If I never share my faith with you, (in love, with truth) then I do not believe what I say I believe, and if I don’t believe what I say I believe then I am living a lie. But if I do share my faith with you, please understand it is only because I love you.

And I believe with all my heart Jesus is the only way, and without him no one can be saved.

I hate how evil this world has become, and what I hate the most is how sweet so many people are, but they are lost. Blinded..

Jesus Christ is the great shepherd and when he died that day on crucifixion he left the 99 to go looking for the lost one, and that lost one is you. If you were the only person to ever accept Jesus or ever be alive, he died for YOU. Because he loves you.

I’m Not Perfect – Just Forgiven:

I do not claim to be sinless, scripture says we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God, but I claim to live a new life in Christ Jesus where I strive to be more like him after having turned from my sinful ways to go and sin no more.  Sure I will fail, I’ll make mistakes, I am just human, no one is perfect until we meet with Jesus.

But I do my best to be my best representation of him. If I seem hypocritical at times please forgive me I can be better, and if I seem hateful at times, further examine me and my life before you stereotype me with the real hateful so called Christians.. Because we aren’t all the same…

But you must understand if we didn’t stand for what we believe in then we wouldn’t believe what we say we do. Me, I am a Christian, and I believe what I say I believe. I believe Jesus Christ is the one true God and father of all.. I believe he is the only way to heaven.. And I believe in love.

I am a Christian, you can think of me what you wish, nevertheless, I still love you, because God loves you. The truth of the Gospel is to save us from slavery to sin… And if we are never truly saved from that, then in sin we will die and when we die in sin we die for good.  But as a Christian, Christ washes away our sins with his blood, so we shall live for eternity, in heaven.That is the power of the Gospel…

I am a Christian, I am not always liked, I’m so misunderstood in today’s world,  but that is just fine, Jesus walked in this world once too and just like me, he was misunderstood as well…  I am a Christian, I see it a blessing to be counted worthy enough to suffer for his name.

I am a Christian, you may already know me, if you do, I hope you know me as love. Because that is one of my greatest passions, love… Love of God, family, friends.
