This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. – Psalms 118:24 (KJV)

I’m Not Perfect

We must all come to the realization that we aren’t the best that we can or even should be. There are small little imperfections about us that we cannot fix and other things that could do with some improvement. However, no matter what we must learn that we are not the most perfect human beings that have ever walked the face of the earth, we may be smart and know a lot, but we still have much left to learn.

tumblr_m7sr5oeuZ71r71r40o1_500I wrote one week about how we all have our own shoes to fill, you see. While some people sit on their high horse and look down upon on others as if they are mere lowly peasants not worth anyone’s time of day. They have a story, they have a heart, they have mind and a soul and they have emotion. Humans is what they are, humans like you and me, they aren’t perfect, some may not be so great with Math, while others may not be so good at grammar. Or perhaps they cannot even write or read at all, is that any cause to make fun of them, is that any reason? I think not. You see, we often forget that we ourselves at one point did not know the things we knew, maybe we were completely ignorant to everything we know now. But maybe, just maybe, someone took the time to share their expertise with us. Instead of shaming us into thinking we are nothing, instead of making cruel jokes and saying bad things about us without actually saying them.

Perhaps instead of saying those cruel comments out loud at all? I guess there will always be those who try and make us feel lowly of ourselves. I suppose that there will always be critiques. But we don’t have to allow those criticisms to get us down, as matter of fact, we don’t even have to let it be criticism at all. We can flip flop something around that was meant to be bad, and we can make it into a beautiful like transformation. Let’s not allow others to break us, let’s let them help to make us. That’s what I always say, lets rise high above our normal comfort zone. And let’s all try to be a little better than we normally are, let us not allow our imperfection’s to weaken us or prohibit us from achieving our dreams and for sure let’s not allow cruel comments to crush our self-esteem. Because we know in our hearts who we are, and we know that we do the best we can.

Do Your BEST – Leave the REST

Sometimes all you can do is the best that you can do, “Do your best and leave the rest, and hope to pass the test.” That’s another little quote that I always say, something I combined from the old ‘Black Beauty’ movie and my own thoughts during the time that my Mother had left back in 2011. It’s still something that I tell myself to this very day, because all you can ever do is the best that you can do and if you still end up getting burned in the process, then at least you tried. That’s bound to count for something isn’t it? Well, who knows it does, right? Maybe we are all just really that bad at being decent humans, or maybe others are really that bad at being good friends in this life. Or what if it’s a little of both? I think it is, even when we give it our absolute best, we will still make mistakes both big and small and that’s just a fact of life.

No matter how good we get at something, there is always going to be someone better than us at it, and that is perfectly fine because it is only another small fact of life. That should only make us want to try harder at what we do, so we can keep improving in our work or passion, and maybe we could even learn from those better than us. I mean after all, they didn’t get to be so good by being jealous of someone’s talent did they? They couldn’t have, they stepped up to the plate and became better instead of bitter and now we are back to that. That is the key no matter where we go, whether it come to getting cut off in traffic or finding out that someone may be better at something than you are, the key is to be better instead of bitter.

In Conclusion:

As Christian’s we know that we aren’t perfect, we are only human, but we also know that being human is no excuse to sin willfully and we also know that because we are mere humans with many weaknesses (imperfect in many ways) we are forgiven by God of all the things that we have ever done or may do ‘unknowingly’ in the future. Because that is just how loving and amazing Jesus Christ is, he is holy and he is just, he loves with such an amazing love and he judges with a mighty hand of glory and of power because he is full of righteousness beyond our imagination.

Remember this the next time you see someone sitting on their high horse judging others for every little imperfection, or remember this the next time YOU, yourself start to do the same to others. The murder deserves punishment, the thief deserves just punishment as does the drunkard and the alcoholic and the adulterer and the fornicator and the bully. And you get the picture I’m sure, we all have a big something or a little something that deems us worthy of hell. We have ALL sinned and fallen short of the glory of God and though it can be easy at times to become quickly angered at others hypocrisy and though they are justly deserving of unmerciful punishment – we can’t forget. SO ARE WE. While sins are different in a legal sense, they are the same in an eternal sense, meaning that if we are to continue in our sins willfully then… The punishment is death and separation from God. For.. Eternity. And because we all have had our fair share of sins, this makes us JUST as deserving of unmerciful punishment as it does anyone else who has.

Thank you for reading today’s post, until next time my dear friends, I pray that you have a very blessed with many moments of great love, joy, laughter and…

Today Is The Day!

G’Day Mate’s, today’s post will be much shorter than usual, people wanna live up life, they don’t want to commit their life to Christ because they don’t want to pay that high cost daily that it’ll be to live and walk and talk for Christ. They don’t want all that suffering, belittling, unpopularity and mockery going on in their life.

maxresdefaultNo they want to live life up to the fullest that they can… So they choose a plan where they pay less now but will pay more in the end as Christians we choose a plan where we pay more now and NOTHING at the end because by paying this price in believing on Jesus Christ that he shed his blood we know that by his blood our end time cost is already paid for and that cost is judgement, death, hell and the grave. Christians don’t have to pay that cost because Christ paid it for them on the cross and they paid a cost to believe that he did it and because they committed their life to him.

But most the world doesn’t want to pay a high cost today and owe nothing at the end of their life. They want to pay as little as possible when in the end they’ll pay an extraordinary price and then their soul would have been sold to satan all that time they kept switching their plan to pay less and less the devil put in the fine print of their contract that he would own their soul. But they didn’t want to believe the Christians, they thought the Christians were idiots for paying so much for hell on earth when they’ve been having to pay nothing for heaven on earth…

But that’s the point, we may have to pay a cost now but the cost at the end is paid for but for the sinner who choose to pay less now, their cost at the end will not be paid for and they will face judgement, death, hell and the grave.. Wishing they would of heeded our words to pay the higher cost today then pay the lesser cost and have to pay the highest cost at the end..

In Conclusion:

Though we as Christians pay a high cost as we pick up our cross and follow him daily that cost will be worth it all when we enter into heaven because at the end of this life we are debt free of judgement, death, hell and the grave. We know that Today is the day of salvation NOW, because you may not have tomorrow so why not pay the cost today instead of paying everything at the end for your death, why not make that surrender to God right now instead of fighting the truth like you have been for so long, you don’t have to fight anymore, you don’t have to worry anymore, you need not wonder anymore how you will get through something.

Because now you know that God loves you, now you know for sure that he has loved you since before you were even born and now you know that from the beginning of time God loved everything about you even the things that you didn’t know about yourself and now you know that with this new found love of Christ, you can make it through the darkest times that you may have ever faced and you know that through this love of Jesus Christ you can do all things which gives you strength, now you know that today is the day of salvation and because of this you have no excuses and I pray that you take heed and hear his voice.

For now you know…

I hope that you enjoyed today’s post and until we blog again, be exceedingly blessed beyond your wildest imaginations and beyond your craziest of dreams for God is with you.

Jesus Won’t Accept It..

Hello and welcome once again to my heavenly abode, may you all be welcomed in Jesus precious name amen and Shalom.

th With all this wickedness in today’s world, with churches condoning gay marriage and Christians saying that “they are born that way” and with all this sinful nature in the world there is just one thing many people seem to forget or sadly do not pay attention to at all is that: Jesus died for the FORGIVENESS of sins not the ACCEPTANCE of sin, Jesus LOVED the ‘sinner’ but HATED the ‘sin’ we cannot condone sin. People are NOT born gay. That’s absurdity and biblically it’s an abomination. (It is not of ‘love’ rather of lust) And we as God fearing christians are to uphold his truths and not bow down to the wicked carnally mindset of man made garbage in this world.

Most tend to forget that Jesus said if we loved him we would keep his commandments which are MANY commandments.. If we deny his TRUTH and fail to warn people of the consequences of their actions biblically taught to us if they don’t TURN from their wicked ways.. If we deny that, we will be denying Jesus and if we deny Jesus he in the end will deny us. We are so consumed in this thing about ‘saving feelings’ but the thing is, God called us to be courageous, he called us to be bold, fearless he called us to save ‘souls’ not ‘feelings’. If we truly love our brother and sister in Christ we will look after them that they may not stray from the path that God has set out for us all.

He is a holy God, he is a just God, he is a jealous God with a mighty hand of wrath upon those that do not obey his commandments. But because of his loving grace if we humble ourselves and beg from him forgiveness and TURN away from our wicked ways and begin a new life where we put off the things of the old man and all things become NEW then will we be able to live sure in the salvation of our lord Jesus Christ and loving savior. He loved the world so much he died on the cross so that we could have an opportunity to CHANGE our lives and be BORN again…

Be Transformed:

Everywhere in the bible when Jesus performed his miracles and TRANSFORMED people’s lives they began a NEW life leading a NEW life with a CLEANSED soul, when he said to the woman at the well that her sins were FORGIVEN she had to go back to her first husband. She didn’t get to go back to her old ways. Jesus didn’t ACCEPT that.

He doesn’t ACCEPT sin.

He don’t ‘accept’ us AS WE ARE he accepts us as we are when we come to him KNOWING what we can BECOME in him, as what he KNOWS we could be in him if we would JUST humble ourselves and ALLOW the transformation to be done in our lives, there’s too many people playing church, playing with God. Jesus loved us all so much he died so that if we get our life on track according to his perfect plan leading a sinless and holy life we could be spared from hell, no man without holiness shall see the kingdom of God, We all have the right to live however it is that we please but one day we will ALL have to pay the cost.

People seem to forget that Jesus that was in a rage at the money changers in the synagogue, whipping and yelling at them in an holy anger and that is what we as the saints of God need to embrace, we need to embrace a LOVE to lead others to the light and see their lives transformed from the truth of God, an holy anger to defend his truth and an holy hatred toward all matter of sin and wickedness in this world

  • And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

For we are IN this world but NOT OF this world!

We are ALL called to be messengers, we are ALL called to testify and witness to others the dangers of hell especially in these times, WAKE UP SLEEPING GIANT! The church needs to awake! God is calling but many are ignoring his call Christians need not be afraid to speak his truth..

Because the thing of it is, is that christians are all too soft spoken these days.

We need not be so soft spoken that we mislead others because of misinterpretation of what we said, but we also need not speak so loudly and harshly (as the westboro baptist church members do) that we run off sinners and hardened their hearts even worse.

No, the scripture says to everything there is a season and a time for everything… And there is that time to stand bold on the word of God and not fall for the lies that these wishy washy preachers are trying to indoctrinate into our minds, Jesus didn’t pay the ultimate sacrifice for us to defy and deny him and his truth every day by leading others astray, every person that walks into our lives by how we witness to them by the TRUTH that WE know if we don’t do EVERYTHING in our power according to what it is that WE know then their blood WILL be on OUR hands!

And if that soul goes to hell because WE didn’t judge according to the scripture, then GOD will condemn us for letting them fall away from him because we KNEW better but CHOSE not to say anything to save their ‘feelings’ and when they find their ‘soul’ is lost because that christian didn’t do what HE/SHE/WE are supposed to do, it will be a horrible event to see and we will be judged for it… Jesus loves us all and if we love him we will keep his commandments and share his commandments with others…

In Conclusion:

It is our Christian duty. We are obliged by God.

And I for one will not have the blood of another persons soul on my hands, we are in the soul saving business with God, God isn’t in the “feeling saving” business if someone’s feelings get hurt, yet their soul is saved because of it then so be it.

There is a time and a place:

  • And of some have compassion, making a difference:
  • And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. (Jude 1:22-23 KJV)
  • For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. (Galatians 1:10 KJV)
  • Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? (Galatians 4:16 KJV)

I am not out to please man, and we as Christians will either serve Christ or satan, we cannot sit on the fence. I’ve said this many times, we must be hot or cold. With God or against him, either we stand BOLD by his word or we are not standing at all. If I am your enemy for telling the truth, so be it I would rather be the enemy of man, then be the  enemy of God. and I will say this  again, I take much gladness in being worthy to suffer shame for his name in being the enemy of man.

I want nothing more than to see lost souls saved, but to see them saved, we must speak TRUTH. I believe God can save anybody, but they must be willing to change for him, there is NO compromise with God, only forgiveness once we turn from our evil ways. If we do not then it is hell to pay.

  • For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. (Romans 1:16 KJV)

Go out, be bold, be courageous, be a servant of God.

Grace – Faith – Works

I was talking with a Mormon friend of mine the other day (yes I said Mormon, you can come out of hiding he won’t bite) and we had began discussing how there is a great difference in believing that Grace alone saves you and believing that through Grace you are saved for the workmanship of the Lord, many people tend to shout that Mormons believe in a ‘Work To Gain Heaven’ sort of doctrine and I can tell you this first hand.

Screen shot 2011-09-09 at 08.44.02They believe that the bible tells us that we are saved by grace and only grace, no amount of work we do could ever actually save us not in a million years, because our works aren’t God’s works. Our ways are not his ways and we couldn’t possibly think that our own dirty works could save us, they can’t and that is what they believe, they believe that we were saved by grace and that it is a gift of God not of our own self in any way. And they believe what the bible tells us, they believe that rather than being saved BY works we were saved FOR the work of the Lord, workmanship is what the scripture calls it and though I do not support or promote Mormonism in any way, I have to say this on the matter of grace, faith and works, I have to agree, with the Mormon.

Bible Verse:
  •  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
  • Not of works, lest any man should boast.
  • For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. – Ephesians 2:8-10 KJV

If my understanding is absolutely clear, which I always try to have as clear of an understanding as humanly possible of other peoples way of perception about certain issues. That is for myself and that is for them as well, so I don’t say something that they didn’t and so that I do not say anything wrong about them or anything that would make myself look like a complete fool in front of everyone, so with that said let me repeat myself if I may. If I am fully understanding in what my friend and I discussed, what I am about to explain next he will agree with it without one problem at all, and if we choose to disagree or disbelieve it then we may be in great danger depending on how exactly we look at it, because it is important and it’s something that can confuse people.

Let’s break it up into the three categories and discuss each of them individually starting with the first one.

It is undeniably clear that we are saved by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and by his grace ALONE, we know that if it were not for his grace that is exceeding in sufficiency or us all that we would be far gone from this world, as matter of fact I don’t even believe that we’d still be here if it weren’t for the loving grace of Abba-Father God, many times we go through this life unknowing of how effective his grace is in our day to day life. We don’t even realize that aside from having eternal life by his grace that his loving mercy is actually what carries all of us through the work day, it helps keeps us going when we are at our lowest, and all that time we thought it was a halls pep me up cough drop, or our 5hr energy, that gatorade sports drink we had earlier, or whatever, when in reality it was God’s amazing grace giving us the strength to make it through.

Bible Verse:
  • My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. – 2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV

His Grace saves, it strengthens, emboldens, encourages, gives hope, sheds light, picks us up when we are down and carries us when we are too weak to move on, it gives us knowledge in wisdom, and power that we wouldn’t of had otherwise, his grace is truly amazing and it is sufficient for us all.

When we are weak and it feels are if there is no way out we must always have ‘faith’ to get us through, without faith in God’s ability to help us in our dire times of need then it will be ten times more impossible to make it out, there is many sayings about faith and many ways that people can view it, but the bible tells us that faith can save us, faith that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins so that we could have eternal life, faith that he has given us eternal salvation by grace as a gift if we would only accept it through faith.

Bible Verse:
  • Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1 KJV

It has been said that with faith it doesn’t make things easy, it makes them possible, and the more you stop to think about that then you will begin to find that to be more and more true then we might even realize, because we know that life can get incredibly hard at times and it may seem as if it is impossible to continue on. As if it is impossible for us to ever be in any other place in our life then the current hardship that we are in right now, but by having faith in God we know that on our own it is impossible, but with him ALL things are possible and this gives us hope, it gives us strength, it gives us the power to keep on going, because it will never be easy, nothing good is ever easy but it isn’t impossible.

With faith in God all things are made possible.

So what exactly does works mean to us if we are saved by grace and not by works? Where exactly does works even come in, or do they even come in the equation at all? Well yes, they do, I believe that works play a big part in a Christians life, I believe that the bible tells us that we are saved for ‘good’ works as we seen in the scriptures above, we aren’t saved by our works because our works aren’t worth one penny to God. However, if we truly have faith that he died for our sins then we will exercise our faith daily by doing the works that he has ordained us to do, the works that he commands us to do for his kingdom.

Bible Verses:
  • What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
  • If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
  •  And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
  •  Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
  • Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. – James 2:14-18 KJV

Some very powerful and controversial words from James there now isn’t it? It seems to me that they are so controversial that people just tend to ‘mentally’ rip those verses out of the bible and ignore them completely, but we can’t just highlight what we like and ignore what we don’t like because we need to take in the wholeness of his holy word, if we don’t then we would be lacking in spiritual nutrition and this in the long run would not be a very good thing.

In Conclusion:

Everything in the word blends together in a perfect harmony and nothing contradicts itself, it may seem at times contradictory if it is read in the wrong context but it is not in any way at all, the scripture goes together beautifully and it does so for the betterment of our spirituality – with God himself. The subject I have chosen to talk of today can many times become quickly misunderstood by others if they take it in the wrong context, but if they look at it according to the scripture for what it really is then they will see exactly what I am trying to say and they will even see exactly how Mormonism see’s it.

Paul Said:
  • What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. – Romans 6:15 KJV

I believe that it is a matter of living your life as holy as possible for Christ, you may make mistakes every now and then and because of his amazing grace he will forgive you for ‘mistakes’ but the thing is, we can’t purposely intentionally sin after knowing of the truth of the gospel – we can’t ‘willingly’ sin, some people say that we willingly sin everyday but really we do not, because there are still people who do not truly know that they are sinning and because of this if they find Christ when they do realize that they are sinning and claim to believe in him at the same time yet continue on in their sin then they haven’t truly been saved, what this post is to say to everyone today or rather to make everything think of is this.

We are saved by grace, through faith and not of ourselves or any works of our own doing, yet we are saved for the workmanship of Jesus Christ that he has ordained for us, there are verses that tell us us that people will come to God saying “we did many works in your name” and he will turn to them and say “depart from me ye worker of iniquity, I never knew you” but why exactly would that be my dearest of all friends? Their heart wasn’t isn’t, you see, what this post is to insinuate today is that, having a relationship with Jesus is about an equal balance, it’s about serving him in spirit and in truth, it’s about walking and talking and talking and walking, it’s about grace it’s about faith and it’s about doing his works for the kingdom, what this post is to say is that without works in a Christians life then their faith isn’t likely true to the Lord and it is also to say that only Christ saves us, not works.

And at the same time it is to say that we will be judged by our works as well, it eally makes perfect beautiful harmonizing sense if you look at it for what it truly is and if you just did then God bless you my brothers and sisters in Christ, thank you for reading today’s incredibly long post and I hope that you have a blessed rest of your week.

Until next time…
